Vacations & Account Freeze
Short Absences (1 week or less):
Monthly tuition secures your weekly lesson slot and remains the same, even if you’re away for a week. If you provide at least 12 hours’ notice, you may schedule a make-up within 90 days, subject to availability.
Extended Absences (2+ weeks):
With at least 2 weeks’ notice, your account may be temporarily frozen and billing paused for the duration of your time away. Please communicate your plans in advance so adjustments can be made.
Discontinuing Lessons
To stop lessons, please give at least 2 weeks’ notice via text or email.
No refunds will be issued for unused lessons if notice is given after the month has started.
